I did not receive my sign-up or password email. What should I do?
Check your spam or junk folder and confirm you entered the correct email address. Allow a few minutes, then request a fresh verification or password-reset email from the relevant sign-in screen. If it still does not arrive, contact support using the email associated with your account.
What should I do if I cannot sign in?
Use the email address registered to your account. Try the password-reset option on the sign-in page. If the problem continues, tell support what message you see. Never send your password.
How do I change my profile or account details?
Sign in and open your account or your profile settings. Company and marketplace listings have their own editing areas; changing your personal profile does not necessarily update a business listing.
How do I ask about billing or a subscription?
Review your account and the current plan details, then choose “Membership & billing” on the contact form if you need help. Include the account email and relevant payment date or reference, but never full card details.
What should I do if a page is not loading correctly?
Reload the page and try an updated browser. If needed, test a private window or temporarily disable an extension that may be blocking the page. Send support the page URL, device, browser and a screenshot of the problem.
Can I contact AquaNetica without an account?
Yes. The contact form is available without signing in. You can also email info@aquanetica.com. We aim to reply within 1–2 business days.
Why am I not receiving account notifications?

Are directory listings a guarantee of supplier quality?
A directory listing helps you discover a company. It is not a guarantee of its products, financial position or suitability for your project. Check credentials, specifications, references and the supplier’s terms before committing to a purchase.

The Business Services page helps aquaculture and seafood businesses discover software, accounting, insurance, finance-related and advisory services. Availability and offers depend on the provider and region.
Does AquaNetica receive referral or affiliate fees?
Some services or links may involve referral, affiliate or commission arrangements. Review the disclosure on the relevant page and any proposed agreement. Providers set their own service terms; a referral does not guarantee a particular outcome.

Choose “Marketing” on the contact form. Describe your business, intended audience, what you want to promote and your timing. AquaNetica can review the enquiry and discuss relevant options.
Aquaculture equipment procurement
Sourcing requirements, quotations and responsibilities. Explore this area →
What is AquaNetica’s equipment procurement service?
AquaNetica reviews aquaculture equipment requirements, identifies relevant supplier options and coordinates quotations where available. You compare the proposals and decide whether to proceed. Start on the equipment procurement page.
What should I include in an equipment sourcing request?
Include the equipment or function required, quantities, capacity and known specifications, system details, delivery country and city, target timing and indicative budget with currency. You can send one item or a complete equipment list.
Do I need to know the exact equipment model?
No. Describe what the equipment needs to do and the operating conditions. Include model numbers, drawings or specifications if available. Missing details can be clarified before quotes are requested.
How much does equipment sourcing cost?
A sourcing, referral or service fee may apply. Any AquaNetica fee and relevant terms are disclosed and agreed in writing before the paid service starts. Sending an enquiry does not commit you to buying equipment.
Who is responsible for equipment warranties and delivery?
Confirm specifications, warranties, delivery, installation and after-sales responsibilities in the supplier’s written terms. AquaNetica coordinates sourcing and introductions; it does not guarantee the cheapest price, stock availability or a delivery date.
Funding & investor enquiries
Business funding pathways and funding partner introductions. Explore this area →
How can an aquaculture business enquire about funding?
Use the business funding form to describe the business, location, amount, intended use and stage of development. AquaNetica reviews enquiries and may explore relevant introductions to funding providers.
Does AquaNetica lend money or approve funding?
No. AquaNetica reviews enquiries and facilitates relevant introductions. It does not lend, invest, approve funding or provide financial advice. Funding providers assess eligibility and set their own terms.
What funding pathways might be relevant to aquaculture?
Depending on the business and provider, possible pathways include business loans, equipment finance, working capital, project finance, grants or equity. Availability depends on the location, project stage, financial position and eligibility criteria; no pathway is guaranteed.
Does it cost anything to submit a funding enquiry?
Submitting a funding enquiry is free and carries no obligation. AquaNetica may receive a referral fee from a funding partner. Applicable arrangements, including who pays, are explained before an introduction. Providers may have their own fees and terms.
Where can I check current aquaculture grants in Australia or Europe?
For Australia, use the official grants and programs finder and relevant state or territory sources. For Europe, review the European Commission’s aquaculture funding information. Check current calls, deadlines and eligibility with the programme administrator; inclusion in a directory does not mean your business qualifies.
How can investors, lenders and funding partners connect with AquaNetica?
Use the investor enquiry form to share your sector focus, regions, funding range and business-stage preferences. AquaNetica may discuss relevant introductions. Registration does not guarantee opportunities, returns or completed transactions.
Seafood brokerage: farm to market
Commercial buyers, producers and commission-based introductions. Explore this area →
What is AquaNetica seafood brokerage?
AquaNetica’s seafood brokerage service helps producers and commercial buyers explore introductions and negotiate suitable seafood deals on an agreed commission basis. It is a business-to-business enquiry service, rather than a consumer seafood checkout.
How does farm-to-plate brokerage work?
A producer supplies seafood, and a commercial buyer may process, distribute, retail or serve it. AquaNetica helps connect the relevant parties and progress a potential deal. The route to the plate depends on the product and buyer; not every sale involves every stage.
What should a seafood buyer include in an enquiry?
Provide the species, product format, grade or size, required volume and frequency, delivery destination, target dates, packaging, traceability or certification requirements and indicative budget where known. Use the seafood buyer enquiry.
What should a seafood producer or supplier provide?
Describe the business, production location, species, available or forecast volume, harvest timing, product format, handling and packing capabilities, delivery options and available traceability documents. Use the seafood supplier enquiry.
How is the seafood brokerage commission agreed?
The commission basis, who pays, the event that makes it payable and the scope of work are agreed in writing before the relevant brokerage work proceeds. No standard rate is implied by sending an enquiry.
Does AquaNetica buy, store or transport the seafood?
The starting model is brokerage: AquaNetica facilitates introductions and deals rather than taking ownership of seafood. Buyer and seller responsibilities for product acceptance, food safety, traceability, payment, cold-chain handling and delivery must be set out in the transaction arrangements.
Are seafood prices, volumes or sales guaranteed?
No. Availability, suitability, price and timing need to be confirmed by the parties. An enquiry or introduction does not guarantee a sale, supply contract, product certification or completed transaction.
